All orders are processed from our studio in Belgium on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, pre‑orders or made‑to‑order pieces).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Belgium

Standard delivery (Bpost or similar): 2–3 business days.

Free standard delivery on orders over €170. Below this amount, a flat shipping fee of [€X] applies.
European Union

Standard delivery: approximately 3–9 business days, depending on destination.

Rest of World

Standard international delivery: approximately 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

We do not currently ship to countries under trade embargoes or where local regulations prevent delivery.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times & Delays
The delivery times listed above are estimated and are provided as a guide only. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs checks, weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Events considered force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Address & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Address changes are only possible before your order has been shipped. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at aniselifestyle@icloud.com, including your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or correct the address.
7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

If your order appears lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. This process may take several working days and must be completed before any replacement or refund can be issued.

Anise Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as not received; in such cases, please check with neighbours or your local post office and contact the carrier directly.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
